"How do I schedule a Young Audiences performance?"
        Call executive director Victoria Spangler at 677-116.
 
"Is there a fee for the performance?"   
        Yes-anywhere from $200 to $600, depending on the number of performers and the type of show. Check the Available Programs for 2005-2006.
 
 "Does my school pay for the program?"
        Usually, the school district pays for the YA program.
In Taylor county, assistance is provided by the Junior League of Abilene and the Abilene Cultural Affairs Council. Outside of Taylor County, assistance is provided by the Dodge Jones Foundation.  Also, Parent/Teachers group often fund the programs.

Children's Performing Arts Series

"How do I get tickets to the performance?"
Tickets are available at the T&P Depot, 1101 North 1st Street Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5:00.  You may also call 677-1161 and charge your tickets with MasterCard or Visa. 
 
"Can I buy tickets at the door?"
Yes, tickets are available at the Paramount the day of the performance, however, to avoid the line and to receive the best seats available we recommend ordering your tickets early.
 
"When do the doors open?"
The doors open at 1:15 the day of the performance.
 
"Is the concession stand open?"
Yes, the concession stand is located on the lower level of the Paramount Theatre.  The concession stand opens at 1:15 and the line usually becomes very long, please get your snacks as soon as you arrive.  The show will begin at 2:00 and we would hate for you to miss the beginning.
