Many organizations in Abilene are the recipients of grants provided by the Abilene Cultural Affairs Council. They represent the revitalization of Abilene by bringing art, culture, economic development and new businesses to our community. These organizations need your continuing support.

Please consider opening you "HeARTS for the ARTS" to help replace diminishing funding. The Tax Increment District will be sunsetting in the near future - it has been an integral part of the Abilene Cultural Affairs Council's grants program. With YOUR participation in "HeARTS for the ARTS,: the needs of the art organizations will continue to be met through these grants.

Membership and donation campaigns for the art entities would not be effected by these amount. The dollars raised by this program would enable the grants to continue to YOUR favorite art groups.
