Availability |
| Program
availability is on a first-come, first-served
basis. Because availability of some artists
is limited, we encourage you to apply as
early as possible. |

Programs |
| To
schedule a Young Audiences program please
call 325.677.1161, Monday - Thursday, 9:00
a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
When
scheduling a program, please have
the following information available:
| • name
of the ensemble in which you
are interested |
| • two
or three alternative dates |
| • grade
levels and number of students |
| • number
of classes for each grade level |
| • number
of performances and preferred
times |
| • school
name, mailing address, and telephone
number |
| • space
available for performances |

confirmation/invoice is sent upon scheduling.
Invoices will be sent following the performance.
Artists may not accept payments. Make your
check
payable
to Young
Audience
of Abilene and mail to the Young Audiences
office, 1101 N. 1st, Abilene, Texas 79601.
Some funding assistance is available. |

| Travel
Fees |
| When
Young Audiences performers travel more
than 25 miles from Abilene, it is necessary
to add mileage charges tot he cost of the
program. When artists travel far from their
home base, multiple bookings are sometimes
necessary to make a tour viable. You can
assist us in putting a good tour together
by combining with neighborhoods schools. |

| Rescheduling/Cancellation |
| All
programs when scheduled and confirmed are
considered binding. Should illness, inclement
weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
prevent the artist from performing, Young
Audiences will offer the school the option
to reschedule, substitute, or receive a
full refund. Confirmed programs canceled
by the school at any time are subject to
full payment since artists cannot schedule
other programs when committed to a date. |
