Storybook Garden Edging Stones Policy
Thank you for helping us keep Storybook Garden welcoming, meaningful, and beautiful. By placing an order, the purchaser agrees to the following policy.
Engraving Requirements:
• Each stone may contain a maximum of three (3) lines.
• Each line may contain no more than 20 characters, including all spaces and punctuation.
• Engraving wording must not be inappropriate, offensive, obscene, discriminatory, threatening, or explicit in nature.
• Company names used as branding, company logos, other logos, symbols, artwork, and images are not accepted. Engravings are text only.
• Storybook Garden reserves the right to decline or request revisions to any submission that does not meet these requirements or the spirit of the garden.
Order Timing:
Orders are submitted to the engraver in batches only after 10 total stone orders have been received. For this reason, no completion, delivery, or installation deadline is guaranteed. Timing may vary depending on when the batch threshold is reached and the engraver's production schedule.
Natural Limestone & Engraving Variations:
Naturally one of a kind. Each stone is made of natural limestone. Variations in color, texture, shape, veining, porosity, and surface character are normal and are part of the stone's beauty. Because limestone is a natural material exposed to weather and time, an engraving may contain minor imperfections, soften, fade, or erode over time. These natural variations are not considered defects. Nothing in life—or in nature—is ever truly perfect, and each stone tells its own story.
