The FCPC Sacred Arts Series continues on Sunday, April 14th with "A Journey Through Spirituals" featuring Dr. Lynnette Chambers. The program features settings of black spirituals by such celebrated composers as Moses Hogan, H.T. Burleigh, Florence Price and Rosephany Powell, and the performance will also pay homage to the legacy of Alice Parker with some of her folk song settings.
