The Taylor County History Center in partnership with the Center for Contemporary Arts will host the 3rd Annual Scarecrow Festival this October! Scarecrows created by local art students and inspired by this year’s theme Cartoon Characters will be installed in an exhibit on the TCHC grounds. Scarecrows will open on Saturday, October 23, 2021 and be on view on until Saturday, November 6th, 2021. Scarecrow judges are Mary K Huff, Larry Millar and Anthia Nbizi

Scarecrows will also be on view at the Center for Contemporary Arts beginning on Thursday, November 11th during ArtWalk in Downtown Abilene.
